This workshop, “Knots for Everyday Use,” will take place on Friday, August 23, 2024, from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at Bentsen-Rio Grande Valley State Park. You’ll learn essential knot-tying techniques that can be applied in a variety of situations, turning ordinary tasks into opportunities for creativity and problem-solving.
- Meeting Location: Headquarters, Tram Turnaround
- What to Bring: Water, weather-appropriate clothing
- Registration: Attendance is limited. Call 956-584-9156 or sign up at Park Headquarters to reserve your spot. Registration opens on the 1st of the month.
- Cost: Entry fee is $5 for ages 13 and older; free for children 12 and under. (Park entry is free with a Texas State Park Pass.)
