Yandel to release album featuring emerging urban artists

San Juan, (EFE) – Veteran Puerto Rican reggaeton artist Yandel announced that he will release the album “Square Houze Vol. 1” on June 6th, which he will use as a platform for emerging artists in the Latin urban movement.
More than a compilation, this project is a creative space where new voices can explore their talent, collaborate, and contribute a fresh and innovative vision to the genre, according to Yandel’s representatives in a press release.
“Square Houze Vol. 1” will include collaborations with artists such as Dei V, Sour, Gadiel, Ery, Catalyna, Kris Floyd, Alejo, Lero, Munic, among others, offering a diversity of styles and perspectives within contemporary urban music.
“Square Houze is not just my recording studio; it’s a space where opportunities are created, where new talents find their voice. This project is an extension of that vision,” Yandel explained in the release.
The album seeks to position Yandel not only as a performer and producer, but also as a mentor and catalyst for the next stars of urban music, connecting his global influence with the drive of the new generation.
And as part of the business strategy, the album’s first single, “Grado Celsius,” performed by Lero, was released this Friday on digital platforms.
The campaign will continue with Sour’s “Dónde Estás” on May 23rd and will culminate on June 6th with the full album release, featuring Dei V’s “Replay” as the lead single.
The Square Houze recording studio has also become a landmark for its first-class infrastructure and its role as an incubator for new talent.
Now, this spirit of collaboration and artistic development takes shape in an album that seeks to give visibility to emerging voices who represent the future of the urban genre.
