The US Supreme Court allows Trump to exclude transgender people from the military

The U.S. Supreme Court issued an order Tuesday allowing the Trump administration to exclude transgender people from the military.

In a brief order that will remain in effect while the matter is heard in the appeals court, and which was decided over the dissent of the three liberal-leaning justices, the court granted an emergency injunction against a lower court decision.
