Temporary Closure Of East 12th Street

The City of Brownsville’s Department of Engineering and Public Works Traffic Branch has announced the temporary closure of East 12th Street on Friday, January 17, 2025. The closure will affect the stretch between East Elizabeth Street and East Levee Street.

This temporary measure is necessary to facilitate roof improvement work at the Samano Building, ensuring safety for both workers and the public during the project.
