Spacex Continues To Launch Rockets
SpaceX is gearing up for its fourth launch of the Starship from its Boca Chica site, with the next launch scheduled for early May. Elon Musk, the founder and CEO of SpaceX, made the announcement on his social media “X” Page.
Musk revealed that SpaceX aims to conduct at least six Starship missions in 2024.
The third test flight of the Starship took place on March 14, 2024, from the Starbase launch site at Boca Chica Beach. During this test flight, the Starship achieved its farthest flight to date, lasting approximately an hour. However, SpaceX lost contact with the spacecraft during the flight, resulting in the loss of the rocket.
SpaceX stated that losing the Starship was within expectations and that they have other rockets ready for further launches.
Stay tuned for updates on the upcoming Starship launch as SpaceX continues its ambitious plans for space exploration.
