Recovery Through Connection: Join Our Trauma Support Group

Recovering from a trauma can feel isolating, but it doesn’t have to be that way. South Texas Health System McAllen welcomes you to participate in our Trauma Survivors Network—a compassionate peer group created to assist trauma survivors and caregivers in their healing journey.

After experiencing a traumatic event, navigating the path to recovery can be challenging. Survivors and caregivers often benefit from guidance and peer support along the way. Our trauma support group offers a safe space where individuals can come together to share their experiences and progress after enduring physical injuries.

Participation is free of charge and open to all members of the community. Join us at South Texas Health System Edinburg in the Texas Room located at 1102 W. Trenton Road on Saturday, April 20, from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m.
