PSJA ISD to host 14th Annual Back2School Expo
PHARR – Pharr-San Juan-Alamo ISD (PSJA ISD) will host the 14th Annual Back2School Expo, a free event to help families prepare for the upcoming school year. The event is set for Thursday, August 7, 2025, from 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM at all PSJA ISD High Schools.
As part of its back-to-school preparations and commitment to supporting families, all PSJA ISD students will receive a FREE basic school supplies on the first day of school (August 25, 2025)—a small token of appreciation from the PSJA School Board and Administration.
In addition, attendees at the Back2School Expo will have the chance to receive exclusive freebies, including limited-edition Croc charms and decals, available on a first come, first serve basis.
The Expo serves as a one-stop shop where families can complete registration, meet campus leaders, get immunizations, and purchase uniforms. District departments such as Transportation, Child Nutrition, Athletics, Fine Arts, and Pupil Accounting to name a few will be on-site to provide information and answer any questions.
Expo activities will be held at all PSJA high schools along with their respective feeder elementary and middle schools. The locations are as follows:

The PSJA Building Blocks Academy (BBA) now has three locations, with PSJA Buckner Building Blocks in Pharr being the newest addition. These academies are specialized campuses designed exclusively for Pre-K 3 through Kindergarten students to provide specialized, age-appropriate instruction focused on play-based learning, exploration, and school readiness.
