Bianca has shown exceptional work showcasing leadership with a positive attitude. Her presence is always professional and sincere as she engages with vendors, employees and the general public. Although Bianca has numerous daily duties, she takes the time to provide training to others in order to maintain and improve work flow. She is patient, kind and understanding, knowing that her work makes a great difference to those she serves. She also works with our vendors to ensure payments are being processed timely. Most importantly, Bianca understands the importance of her position and works hard to ensure accuracy of transactions being processed and provides great customer service and meets deadlines.
