Mission Employee of the Month for July 2024

Isela Marin, Crime Victim Liaison

The Crime Victim Liaison is tasked with assisting and ensuring that crime victims and their families are aware of their rights in accordance with the Texas Code of Criminal Procedure. This position requires an individual with a helping heart, the willingness to serve, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service. Isela has demonstrated that she possesses such qualities and has a passion for helping others by identifying and providing for the needs of the victims. Isela has a positive attitude, is welcoming, kind, and promotes and maintains positivity in her work and environment. At our most recent Crime Victims Event, Isela demonstrated to the families and the community, her true passion and commitment for the victims and their loved ones.
