McAllen, Texas, USA Recognized as a 2025 IFEA World Festival & Event City

McAllen, TX– The International Festivals & Events Association (IFEA) has named McAllen, Texas as one of the recipients of the prestigious 2025 IFEA World Festival & Event City Award. The announcement was made during the IFEA Annual Convention & Expo presented by atVenu in Palm Springs, California.
The IFEA World Festival & Event City Award celebrates cities that foster dynamic, supportive environments for festivals and events, recognizing communities that demonstrate strong engagement, cultural vitality, and innovative approaches to creating memorable celebrations. McAllen’s recognition underscores its leadership in delivering a rich festival calendar while embracing its bicultural roots.
