McAllen Public Library and Workforce Solutions to Host Job Fair

McAllen Public Library, in partnership with Workforce Solutions, invites the public to the 2025 MPL Job Fair on Saturday, June 21, 2025, from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the Main Library, located at 4001 N. 23rd Street in McAllen. This free event is designed to connect job seekers with local employers and provide direct access to employment opportunities across a wide range of industries.

“Creating opportunities for our residents to connect with good jobs is at the heart of McAllen’s commitment to strengthening our community,” said McAllen Mayor Javier Villalobos. “This job fair reflects how we work together as a city to help our families succeed, while supporting local businesses that are growing and hiring.”

Attendees will have the chance to meet with hiring managers from over 40 companies, submit applications on site in both print and digital formats, and participate in on-the-spot interviews. A computer lab will also be available to assist with online applications. Job seekers are encouraged to dress professionally and bring multiple copies of an updated resume.

“Events like this job fair showcase the collaboration between city departments and our community partners to meet the needs of our residents,” added McAllen City Manager Isaac J. Tawil. “By helping people access employment, we not only support individual success, but also help drive McAllen’s economic vitality and quality of life.”
