McAllen Convention Center to Host Fiesta de Palmas

Annual cultural celebration to feature music, dance, food, family activities, and local flair
Get ready to celebrate one of the biggest and most anticipated events of the year! Fiesta de Palmas is back at the McAllen Convention Center from October 17–19, 2025. Attendees are invited to enjoy three days of unforgettable fun, food, music, and cultural festivities.
This year’s event promises to be bigger and better, filled with local flair, engaging activities, and memorable moments for the whole family. The picturesque grounds at 700 Convention Center Blvd., will come alive with excitement and entertainment all weekend.

Beer Around the World, Presented by L&F Distributors (Saturday, October 18):
Sample brews from across the globe paired with food tastings from top McAllen restaurants. Proceeds benefit Hope Family Health Center. A separate ticket is required and includes admission into Fiesta de Palmas.

EduFiesta, Presented by McAllen International Airport:
Hands-on learning with partners like the McAllen Public Library, IMAS, Quinta Mazatlán, UTRGV, South Texas College, and Texas Parks & Wildlife, fun and educational for all ages.
Silent Disco (Nightly):
Grab a headset and choose your channel, dance under the stars with live DJs spinning different genres.
Fireworks Show (Nightly at 9:45 p.m.):
Cap off each evening with a spectacular fireworks display over the Convention Center District.
Grand Carnival:
Enjoy thrilling rides and carnival treats with All-You-Can-Ride passes available Saturday and Sunday from
2:00 p.m.–6:00 p.m.
Artisan Mercado & Community Ofrenda:
Shop local at the colorful Mercado featuring a variety of vendors and visit the community ofrenda in the Palm Lobby to honor loved ones.
