Insurance Enrollment Centers to Open in Willacy County

Grand Openings will include free food, free school supplies, kid games

RICHARDSON, TX – Agility Cares, a non-profit organization based in Texas, will host the grand opening of two new Health Insurance Enrollment Centers in Raymondville and Lyford, Texas, bringing accessible healthcare resources to Willacy County. The public events, scheduled for Aug. 2 in Raymondville and Aug. 9 in Lyford, are designed to be family-friendly and will include kid games, free food and free school supplies.

The Health Insurance Enrollment Centers are designed to help guide consumers through the expected changes in enrollment after the “Big, Beautiful Bill” was signed into law in early July. The purpose of these centers is to help simplify access to health insurance and Marketplace plans. Agility Cares is part of The Access to Health Foundation.

The Raymondville Grand Opening, sponsored by the “City with a Smile” (also known as Raymondville), will take place on Saturday, Aug. 2 from 10:30 a.m. – 3 p.m. This event marks the debut of Agility Cares’ Health Insurance Enrollment Center, dedicated to helping residents navigate their healthcare options with ease. The celebration will offer an opportunity to learn about available insurance programs and connect with local resources. The Grand Opening will be held at 700 FM 3128, RM 130, Raymondville, TX 78580.

The following week, on Saturday, Aug. 9, the Lyford Grand Opening will be held from 10 a.m. – 3 p.m. at 13516 W Main Ave, Lyford, TX 78569. Hosted in collaboration with the City of Lyford and Willacy County, this event promises to be a fun-filled day for families and individuals. In addition to healthcare enrollment assistance, the Lyford celebration will also feature free food, school supplies, and kids’ games and activities.
