DHR Health to Host Free Community Health Fair

WHAT:

DHR Health to host its 15th Annual Community Health Fair. The event will be free and open to the public. Families and their children are invited to attend the event. Free health screenings and valuable wellness information sessions lead by DHR Health physicians will be offered.

ADDITIONAL:

DHR Health will be offering a variety of free health screenings to the public, these will include:

✔ Blood pressure

✔ Cholesterol

✔ Diabetes

✔ Fibroscans

✔ Glucose

✔ Skin cancer

✔ Vision screenings

Additionally, educational sessions on important health topics will be offered by DHR Health doctors in the following areas: behavioral health, dental health, hospice care, medical weight loss, diet and nutrition, rehabilitation services, kidney transplant services, and women’s health services.

DHR Health is committed to providing access to high quality care, where patients’ concerns and needs are put first. This event will not only provide free screenings and health teaching sessions, but will increase the community’s knowledge of the health resources they have close to home. In addition, it will empower individuals with preventative health knowledge, equipping them to make informed decisions and take control of their health and well-being.
