Barcc’s Empty The Shelter Event Ends Soon

The Brownsville Animal Regulation and Care Center (BARCC) is thrilled to announce the continuation of its Empty the Shelter event, offering free dog adoptions and cat adoptions for just $20! This initiative is made possible by the generous support of the Bissell Foundation.

Hurry—this special opportunity ends on December 17, 2024! Every pet adopted from BARCC comes microchipped, vaccinated, dewormed, and spayed or neutered, ensuring they are ready for their forever home.
