The Bentsen Rio Grande Valley is a sanctuary for an array of unique plant species, each playing a crucial role in the ecosystem and providing valuable resources for both wildlife and people. This Saturday, April 20, and next Saturday, April 27, from 10:30 am to 11:30 am, we invite you to join us on a guided walk to explore these green wonders.

Event Details:

Meeting Point: Park Headquarters, Tram Turnaround.

Registration: Not Required.

Entry Fee: $5 for ages 13 and older; FREE for children 12 and under (Park entry is free with a Texas State Park Pass).

Prepare for the adventure by bringing sunscreen, a hat, water, and comfortable shoes. Our knowledgeable guide will lead us through the park, highlighting the fascinating plant life that thrives in this unique environment.
