PSJA ISD to Host Cradle to College Conference for School Leaders and Educators

MISSION – Pharr-San Juan-Alamo Independent School District (PSJA ISD) will host its Cradle to College Conference (formerly PSJA College for All Conference) at the Mission Event Center on November 5-6, 2025, beginning at 7:30 AM.

This event will bring together educators, district leaders, and higher education institutions from across the state and nation to explore innovative educational initiatives. Attendees will learn best practices and strategies aimed at transforming communities and fostering college success for all students. 

Conference attendees will have the opportunity to participate in site visits during Pre-Conference Tours happening November 4, 2025, listen to opening remarks from district leaders, and attend expert-led breakout sessions aligned to multiple learning tracks focused on college and career readiness, dual language learning, family engagement, and early childhood development,

Key topics include PSJA ISD’s Early College model, where attendees can learn essential strategies ensuring students are on track to graduate with college credit, expanding high-quality early childhood education, and strengthening systems that empower students to get Back on Track by helping students complete their high school diploma and transition to postsecondary success.
