Mission Historical Museum Celebrates Culture & Tradition at the Upcoming Día de los Muertos Folklife Festival

MISSION, TEXAS — The City of Mission and the Mission Historical Museum invite the community to come together in celebration of tradition, heritage, and remembrance at the annual Día de los Muertos Folklife Festival on Saturday, October 25, 2025, from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at 900 E. Doherty Avenue, Mission, Texas.

This free, family-friendly festival will showcase the rich cultural heritage of Día de los Muertos with activities and attractions for all ages, including:

  • Live music and entertainment

  • A vibrant community altar honoring loved ones

  • Cultural performances and traditional displays

  • Vendors and food booths highlighting local flavors and artisan crafts
