5K Mansion Linear Park Trail Groundbreaking in Hidalgo County

Hidalgo County Precinct 3 has officially broken ground on the 5K Mansion Linear Park Trail, a 3.1-mile hike-and-bike path designed to promote health, outdoor activity, and community connectivity. Stretching from N. Breyfogle Rd. to N. Inspiration Rd., the trail is set to be completed by May 2025.

This new trail will provide a safe space for walking, jogging, and cycling while enhancing the local landscape with benches, shaded areas, and scenic views. Once finished, it will offer residents a place to stay active and enjoy nature, connecting neighborhoods and fostering community engagement.
